Aika Innoka - Japan

Aika Innoka

Aika holds a Masters of Arts Degree, in Public Policy and Management for Development, from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam, in the Netherlands. In addition, she received a Bachelor of Arts in School Development Studies, at the University of East Anglia (UEA), in the UK. Aika lives in Tokyo and is passionate about helping to advance potential leaders through quality training programs. In the past decade, she has worked in the Global HR Development Department at Nissan Motor Co, LTD, Japan and the International Cooperation Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan. Currently, Aika is Research Fellow of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), University of Tokyo and also a Ph.D Student of the Graduate Program on Human Security at the Unviersity of Tokyo.
